The location is great, close to shops and restaurants. The room was newly renovated and well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, climate control, microwave, and comfy bed.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful. The staff are caring and extremely helpful. They respond to every request very quickly. The location is comfortable and close to Monticello, MN. It is nearby shops, restaurants, and Pizza Ranch. The hotel is also very close to the event we were attending.

We had booked our room. I called the desk and told Cindy we were a half hour away. I asked if there was any where that was private for a Christmas with our grandchildren. When we arrived she had opened the conference room. We spread out our stuff on the tables. She popped in and asked if everything was ok. We were unwrapping Christmas gifts with our grand children and I told her we had ordered pizzas and soda to be delivered to the motel. When the young man got to the motel she brought him in. Afterwards Cindy took family pictures with our grandchildren in front of the beautiful Christmas Tree, in the lobby. One day, I went down to get hot water for my tea and I saw a lady that was a Room maid. I was looking around for honey. She said let me get you some. There was not a person on the staff that was not friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

We were in beautiful king suite. The hotel's location was PARTICULARLY GOOD, short walk to nearby shops and restaurants, Monticello, MN and Pizza Ranch. It also was in the Area by a Longshot.
